**TJH Homestay Cancellation Policy**
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as much as possible. However, to ensure smooth operations and fairness to all parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. **Advance Payment**:
- All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the reservation.
- Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. **Cancellation Notice**:
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will not incur any additional charges, apart from the non-refundable advance payment.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
3. **Modification of Reservation**:
- Any request to modify your reservation dates will be subject to availability.
- Modifications made more than 30 days before the check-in date can be accommodated without additional charges, but the advance payment will still be non-refundable.
- Modifications made less than 30 days before the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation, and our cancellation policy will apply.
4. **No-Shows**:
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
5. **Early Departure**:
- If you choose to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will still be charged in full.
We recommend that all guests consider travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
